Inspection - Weekly Clean Water Diversions Checklist

Description: Clean water diversions and inspections are required around lots, pens, corrals and manure storage areas. This sheet can be a stand alone form for diversions. However, on the manure storage checklists, diversions are included as a line item. You do not need this form for those structures if you are using a manure storage checklist.
